Our mobile app: The Cassandra Method

 

This section covers The Cassandra Method app for Android, which serves both Lean Plant Co and CS Fitness. The rest of this policy also applies to the app.

 

Signing in.

You sign in on a secure page hosted by Wix, the platform both of our websites run on. You type your email and password on Wix's page, not into the app. CS Fitness and Lean Plant Co each have their own member account. For each site you sign in to, the app receives a sign-in token and your member ID, and keeps them on your phone so you stay signed in.

 

Purchases and bookings.

When you check out, book a class or a 1:1 session, or buy a plan, the app sends the items, plan or time slot you chose to our Wix sites. You pay, and enter any booking details, on Wix's own pages; the app never sees your card details. The app reads back your own orders, plans, bookings, remaining sessions and account details, such as whether you have meal-prep access, so it can show them to you.

 

What stays on your phone.

Your profile name, your progress journal (including any photos you attach, which stay in your phone's photo library) and your reminders are stored only on your phone and are not sent to us.

 

What the app does not collect.

The app does not collect your location, contacts or advertising ID, and contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting software. All of its network traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). We do not sell your information. Wix processes it for us as our service provider.

 

Deleting your account.

In the app, Me, then Delete my account, erases everything the app has saved on your phone, signs you out, and opens our account-deletion request page, https://www.leanplantco.com/delete-account. You can also use that page directly. Each site's account is deleted when we process your request. That page says what we keep and for how long.

Children.

The app is meant for adults and is not directed at children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
