By accessing or purchasing from Lean Plant Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Products & Food Safety
Lean Plant Co products are food items produced under California Cottage Food Operation regulations. All products are intended for home preparation and consumption.
Because these are food products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding damaged or incorrect orders.
2. Shipping
We currently ship orders within the United States, including outside of California.
Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Lean Plant Co is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
3. Local Pickup
Free local pickup may be available at designated locations and times listed on our website.
Orders must be picked up on or after the stated availability date. Same-day pickup is not guaranteed.
Unclaimed pickup orders after 7 days may be forfeited and are non-refundable.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.
5. Loyalty Rewards Program
Cassandra Saindon Fitness offers a loyalty rewards program that allows customers to earn points on classes and redeem them for discounts on eligible products.
Points may be redeemed only on Lean Plant Co food products
Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash
Rewards may not be combined with other promotions unless stated
Lean Plant Co reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time
6. Farmers Markets & In-Person Sales
Lean Plant Co products may occasionally be sold at farmers markets or approved in-person events.
Availability, pricing, and product selection may vary by event. All in-person sales follow the same food safety and refund policies outlined here.
7. Allergens
Our products may contain or be produced in facilities that handle allergens including (but not limited to) wheat and gluten.
While we take care in our preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies should exercise discretion.
8. Nutritional Information
Nutritional information is provided as an estimate based on ingredient data. Variations may occur due to sourcing or preparation methods.
Lean Plant Co does not provide medical or dietary advice. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have specific dietary needs or concerns.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, product names, and images, is the property of Lean Plant Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Lean Plant Co is not responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from the use or preparation of our products. Products are consumed at the customer’s discretion.
