Accepted Answer

Lean Plant Co. pancake mixes are made with whole-food, plant-based ingredients rather than highly processed fillers and protein powders. Each mix is designed to provide a high-protein breakfast option that is easy to prepare by simply adding water. Unlike many protein pancake mixes, our recipes focus on real ingredients, balanced nutrition, and great taste for the whole family.

Question 2

What ingredients do you use in your pancake mixes?

Accepted Answer

Our pancake mixes contain a blend of whole grains (rice flour, sorghum and tapioca flour), plant-based protein sources (vital wheat gluten), natural sweeteners (stevia), and flavor-specific ingredients. We focus on simple, recognizable ingredients that support a nutritious breakfast without unnecessary fillers or artificial additives.

Question 3

What protein sources do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use plant-based protein ingredients derived from whole foods rather than relying heavily on isolated protein powders. This approach helps create a more balanced nutritional profile while maintaining a delicious texture and flavor. Vital wheat gluten is a natural, concentrated protein extracted from wheat flour.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plant-based proteins can help create satisfying pancakes while keeping the ingredient list simple.
