Below are two simple ways to alter your protein pancake mix using ingredients you likely already have at home.


Option 1: Use Your Pancake Mix as a Waffle Mix 🧇


Yes — our pancake mix works as waffles too.

With a small adjustment to the batter, you can make waffles that have:

  • Crispy edges

  • A soft, satisfying center

  • The same high-protein, plant-forward base

To make waffles, the batter needs:

  • Slightly more water

One of our customers (and friends), Ellen, experimented with the mix and found another great option.


Instead of water, she used:
